In his book, Eleven Rings: The Soul of Success, Phil Jackson talks about various approaches he has taken to the game of basketball. One approach he speaks of is, mindful meditation, which focuses on living in the moment in order to achieve "peak experiences." This peak experience is the "stuff that life is made of." Falling in love, a birth, acing a test,timberland earthkeeper, or an "ah ha" moment.
It's happened to all of us at one time or another, you are running late to a meeting and you happen to look down at your dress shoes and they are absolutely filthy, dingy and certainly not shinnig as they should be. Sometimes, people look at your shoes and can tell right off the bat what kind of person you are. It's better to make a good first impression rather than trying to play catch up.
Both sneakers can be worn to play basketball or skateboard, but the shoes can also be worn to make a mediocre outfit exceptional. While the models once were designed to enhance performance, there are sneakers better designed to do so as the Blazer and Dunk have become more fashionable. Greatly influenced by pop culture, the footwear can offer a punk-rock, skateboarder or hip-hop feel to your wardrobe. The shoes are so popular that the styles can be found almost anywhere sneakers are sold. The differentiation lies in the fit, and thickness of the sole; while the Blazers have a thick sole, Dunks have a thinner sole.

The are extremely light weight I personally use these for all my races and it feels like I just have an extra pair of socks on, they only weigh 4.9 ounces! The Flywire in the upper part of the shoe is great for support and helps keep the foot in place. The midsole of the shoe is made of Compression-molded Flashlon foam for lightweight, responsive cushioning. On the outside of the midsole there is a Carbon fiber midfoot shank that adds torsional stability for uneven surfaces. On the heel of the shoe there is TPU sharkskin that enhances traction. This shoe cost about $90 on average but it is worth every dollar. The only warning I have about this shoe is to make sure you wear socks with them because if not you could get blisters. Other than that they are a great shoe and if you want a high quality pair of cross country spikes this is the pair for you!( you can purchase them on Amazon below for a great low price)
